GARMENTS' CARE 

Non-sticky Silicone Pads
To clean, run warm water over the pads, then gently rub a drop of liquid soap with fingers to loosen any dirt. Rinse and use a cloth to dry. When dry, reinsert the pads into the leggings’ or undies’ pockets. Never put silicone pads in the washing machine or dryer, and keep them away from sources of high heat, adhesives and sharp objects.
 
Sticky Silicone Pads & Sticky Foam Pads
To ensure the sticky pads last longer and stick well, use them on clean, dry skin without any lotion or oil. To clean, run warm water over the pads, then gently rub a drop of liquid soap with your fingers over the sticky side of the pad to loosen any lint or dirt. Rinse and air dry, sticky side up. When dry, protect with a plastic film for storage. Never put silicone pads in the washing machine or dryer, and keep them away from sources of high heat, adhesives and sharp objects.

Foam Pads
Machine-wash with similar colors, a gentle cycle, cool water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry and do not iron. To extend the life and preserve the shape of the pads, launder in a protective wash bag.
